Inc. and have also plotted the subdivision on USGS Quad maps (attached).
Based on the infonnation provided to me by Bill Blatchley, I agree with Mr. Lindholm that the
depletive impact on ISF rights is DeMinimis, Below is a brief summary of my findings.
. According to Bill Blatchley, only one well will be constructed on the Troublesome Creek
drainage with the remainder 20 wells on the Bear Creek drainage.
. Me, Blatchley's estimates of total diversion for in-house use and turf-irrigation use for the 21-
lot subdivision are 6.59 acre-feet per year and 0,9 acre-feet per year, respectively.
. The following table shows diversions under each category, ISF right amounts, and percent
injury to ISFs,
Acre.feet/vear (%)
Drainage In-house Irrigation Total Impact hnpact Cum Impact Cum Impact
diversion diversion Summer Winter Summer Winter
Bear Creck(94CW258) 6.280 0.857 1.137 0.106 0,174 0.115 0.191
Bear Creek(94CW259) 6.280 0,857 1.137 0.106 0.174 0.123 0.205
.
