(2000), the Application was re-referred to the <br />Water Judge. <br /> <br />4. The Randolph Capital Corporation (hereinafter referred <br />to as "Randolph Capital"), is the primary applicant in this matter. <br />The mailing address for Randolph Capital is as follows: <br /> <br />RandOlph Capital Corporation <br />1717 West Sixth Street, Suite 390 <br />Austin, Texas 78703 <br /> <br />5. Randolph Capital proposes to subdivide a tract of land <br />consisting of apprOXimately 110 acres into twenty-one residential <br />lots, each consisting of approximately 5.5 acres. The property is <br />located in portions of the ,W....l./2..of Section 4, TownShip 5 South, <br />Rall.g.e...z;J..,.West, 6th P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado. <br /> <br />6. Water for each of the lots will be obtained from <br />individual wells to be located within the W 1/2 of Section 4, <br />Township 5 South, Range 71 West, 6th P.M" Jefferson County, <br />Colorado. The exact locations of the wells will not be determined <br />until a subdivision of the property is approved by Jefferson <br />County. However, no more than one well will be drilled on the <br />portion of the property that is located in the Troublesome Creek <br />drainage basin. Each of the wells will divert ground water, at a <br />maximum flow rate of 15 gallons per minute, from the alluvium and <br />the fractured granites underlying the subject property which is <br />tributary to Bear Creek and its tributaries. The water will be <br />used for domestic and ordinary household purposes, the irrigation <br />of a limited area of lawn grass and/or gardens and fire protection <br />purposes. <br /> <br />WATER USE AND DEPLETIONS <br /> <br />7. Engineering studies conducted for Randolph Capital <br />indicate that water usage by occupants of single family residences <br />is approximately 80 gallons per person per day. Average occupancy <br />of each residence is not expected to exceed 3.5 persons. This <br />augmentation plan allows for the irrigation of up to 1,500 square <br />feet of lawn grass, or equivalent gardens, per lot. Gross <br />irrigation requirements for lawn grass is approximately 1. 25 acre..! <br />feet of water per irrigated acre. Gross irrigation requirements <br />for gardens is approximately 0.5 of an acre foot of water per <br />irrigated acre. Total water requirements for the twenty-one lots <br />are anticipated to be approximately 7.49 acre feet per year. <br /> <br />8, \ilast'ewater from all in-building uses of water will be <br />treated py the Evergreen Metropolitan District.
