Case Summarv

The Board ratified the statement of opposition filed in this case at its November 22-23, 1999, board
meeting. This is an application for a ground water rights and a plan for augmentation on Bear
Creek and Troublesome Creek near Evergreen Lake. In this application, the Applicant proposes
to augment depletions associated with several wells supplying water to 21 residential lots, The
Applicant proposes to augment depletions with consumptive use credits from the Harriman and
Warrior Ditches and from storage in Soda Lakes, which are located on Bear Creek downstream
from Evergreen Lake. The Applicant proposes to treat the wastewater at a treatment facility on
Bear Creek located downstream from Evergreen Lake.
