(Bear and Troublesome Creeks) <br /> <br />Case Summarv <br /> <br />The Board ratified the statement of opposition filed in this case at its November 22-23, 1999, board <br />meeting. This is an application for a ground water rights and a plan for augmentation on Bear <br />Creek and Troublesome Creek near Evergreen Lake. In this application, the Applicant proposes <br />to augment depletions associated with several wells supplying water to 21 residential lots, The <br />Applicant proposes to augment depletions with consumptive use credits from the Harriman and <br />Warrior Ditches and from storage in Soda Lakes, which are located on Bear Creek downstream <br />from Evergreen Lake.
