<br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item l.r <br />Case No. 7-05CW064; Rafter T Ranch, LLC <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water right, storage right and ground water right near Capote <br />Lake in Archuleta County. Applicant proposes an upstream alternate point of diversion for the <br />Arnold Fredricks Ditch and the Arnold Fredlicks Ditch Alternate Point No.1 to a point <br />approximately 1 mile upstream of the current points of diversion. Applicant also seeks to use the <br />Amold Fredricks Ditch water for storage in Drennan Reservoir for irrigation, stock, fish culture, and <br />domestic in addition to the decreed irrigation of 100 acres. Drennan Reservoir was previously <br />decreed as a gravel pit for 4 acre-feet in Case No. 84CW21O, and in this case, Applicant seeks to <br />expand the Reservoir to 27.54 acre-feet Finally, Applicant claims an underground and storage water <br />right for Drennan Reservoir/Grave Pit (Well Permit No. 55631-F).
