<br />, <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Agenda Item 12a(5) <br />Case No. 5-94CW357; Silverthorne <br /> <br />Case Summary <br /> <br />The Board ratified the Statement of Opposition filed in this case at its March 13, 1995, <br />meeting. This is an application for a change of water rights and an alternate point of <br />diversion on the Blue River in Grand County near Silverthorne (see attached map). <br />Applicant seeks to change the point of diversion of 4 cfs from the Bobo Ditch to a new <br />point of diversion, downstream of the existing point of diversion. Applicant requests to <br />add the uses of flow through storage, piscatorial, wildlife, recreational and aesthetic uses. <br />Applicant is also requesting to change the place of use to irrigate a town park. <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow decrees on the Blue River: <br /> <br />Case No. <br /> <br />Stream Amount (efs) Approp.
