June. A number of states have primary elections
on June 4. There will not be too much activity
in Congress until those primaries are over with,
particularly in view of the fact that Senator
Kuchel, who will be the ranking minority member .1- .
of the Senate conference committee, is engaged
in a rather spirited primary election in Cali-
fornia."

MR. VANDEMOER:

"Mr. Chairman."

MR. SPARKS:

"Yes, Herb, do you have a question?"

MR. VANDEMOER:

"Not on that, but I had some calls this
morning. What happened on the Fellhauer case
in the Supreme Court yesterday?"

MR. SPARKS:

"I don't know. Mr. Geissinger may know."

MR. GEISSINGER:

"The case was presented and argued to the
Court. Of course, the next step will be for
the Court to make up its mind as to what kind
of a decision it is going to enter in the case.
It was a two hour presentation. I think every-
body had an opportunity to speak if they wanted
to. II

MR. SPARKS:

"Is there anything further? If not, we'll
adjourn for lunch and hope to see everyone at
the Foothills campus around 1:45 or there-
abouts.

We will not reconvene here."

The meeting unanimously adjourned at 12:40 P. M.
