CONCERNING THE ADJUDICATION OF RECREATIONAL IN-CHANNEL
DIVERSIONS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

SECTION 1. 37-92-102 (6) (a), (6) (b), and (6) (c), Colorado
Revised Statutes, are amended to read:
