Personnel. (I) The board shall consist of fiftcclI THE <br /> <br />5 FOLLOWING members. The executive director of the department of <br /> <br />6 natural resources shall be a voting member ex officio. The attorney <br /> <br />7 general, state engineer, director of the division of wildlife, commissioner <br /> <br />8 of agriculture or designee, and director of said board shall be nonvoting <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />members ex officio.
