A copy of a proposed amendment <br />developed last year (that begins, SECTION 12), is also attached. <br /> <br />3. Legislation regarding Board composition <br /> <br />Legislation is expected to be introduced again this year by Senators Andrews and Evans <br />to change the composition of the board from representation based on water basins to <br />representation based on congressional districts or population.
