In addition, Applicant claims that spring drains into
Missomi Creek, while the legal description provided for this spring in the application
indicates that the spring drains into Pine Creek" which could potentially affect the entire
reach of the North Clear Creek in stream flow right. Applicant's provision of replacement
watcr to Missomi Creek will only address injmy in a portion of thc aflected instream flow
reach, Consequently, the proposed plan for augmentation and exchange may not be
sufficient to replace out-of-priority depletions to the North Clear Creek instream flow water
right in time, location and amount.

Other Obiectors
Coors Brewing Company, Charles and Diana Morgan, the City of Central, and the City of
Westminster also filed statements of opposition to this application,

~

.
