These segments have been <br />reviewed by CWCB staff to ensure each flow recommendation and data set is complete and standard <br />methods and procedures have been followed. In addition, staff has completed its map work and <br />initial water availability studies, <br /> <br />Staff has identified 7 stream segments in Water Division 3, 12 stream segments in Water Division 5 <br />and 2 stream segments in Water Division 6 (White River Basin) that are ready for the Board to <br />declare its intent to appropriate. These segments are located in Saguache, Rio Blanco, Garfield, <br />Eagle, Routt and Pitkin Counties, Some stream segments noticed on the November 2002, Agenda <br />were withdrawn from instream flow consideration, at this time, due to water availability concerns <br />(Le. Brook and Raspberry Creeks). <br /> <br />TECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS <br /> <br />The executive summary reports of technical data, contained in the Instream Flow Recommendation <br />Notebook, forms the basis for the staffs recommendations. <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
