The Application <br />is attached to the memo associated with Board Agenda Item No. 13. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The RICD statute provides that the Board may appear in water court to defend its findings with regard to <br />an RICD application. There a number of additional reasons why the Board may oppose the application, <br />and the Staff filed a statement of opposition in February. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br />The Staff recommends that the Board ratify the Staffs statement of opposition for the Town of Avon <br />RICD case. <br /> <br />Colorado Water COJlservation Board <br />Flood Protection.
