Discussion

The Easement descriptions are:
1. WG Properties/Federal Express - The easement was for the construction of an outfall .
stormwater drainage system.
2. Ira &Susan Sealy - The easement was for the constru;ction of an outfall stormwater drainage
system. .
3. Pitcher's Restaurant - The easement was to remedy an unauthorized encroachment on
CWCB lands. This after-the-fact action allowed the construction of a portion of the building
to remain on the CWCB right-of-way. .
4. UD&FCD - The easement allows the District to construct a new flood control outlet channel
for Dutch Creek to the South Platte River.
5. Waste Management - The easement was for the con~truction of a discharge pipe for the
Company's interior drainage system.
6. City of Englewood - The easement was for the construction of a city water line.
7. South Suburban Parks & Recreation District - The easement provides the District with the
authority to develop a recreational prograrn within the Board's right-of-way.
8. CDOT - The easement provides CDOT with the lands to construct a new access service road
for area businesses.
9. CDOT - The easement provides CDOT with the lands to construct the service road to their
design standards.
10. City of Englewood - The easement provides the city with the lands to construct a path/access
between two golf courses.
11. City of Littleton - The easement provides the City.with the lands to construct a path to a

12. SEMA Construction - The easement was for the construction of an outfall stormwater
drainage system.
13. Ron Kock Landscaping & Mark Small Salvage & ~achinery - The easement provides the
company with the right-of-way to construct water and sewer service to their property.
14. CDOT - The easement provides CDOT with the right-of-way to realign a roadway.
15. CDOT - The easement provides lands to construct'the roadway to their design standards.
16. Mountain Miser - The easement provides the trai~ing school ingress and egress to the South
Platte River for their training sessions.
17. Riviera Land Company LLC - The easement provides for the construction of an outfall
stormwater drainage system.
18. Waster Management - The easement provides for ithe construction of an outfall storrnwater
drainage system. (
19. City of Englewood - The easement provides for ~e construction of a parking lot and an
access path to the Mary Carter Greenway trails/pa~h.
20. Mountain Miser - The easement provides the training school with a five year agreement to
continue the operations has provided in easement:# 16. .

Board staffis pleased to advise the Board that easeml!lnt agreements 1 through 20 are all in good
standing with the provisions/terms of the agreements!

Future Actions
The Board staff foresees similar requests to continue' due to the development activities in the
South Platte River corridor.
