The information obtained from this questionnaire will be summarized <br />in a report to the Colorado Legislature, as they consider developing a statewide flood damage reduction <br />program. <br /> <br />Original Mailing <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On October 23, 1997, the questionnaire developed with input from the CWCB steering committee, was <br />mailed to 63 counties, and 289 cities and towns identified as being flood prone. Note: previous memos <br />indicated there were 277 cites and towns on the list, a review of the list shows 268 questionnaires were <br />sent to cites and towns. <br /> <br />Responses <br /> <br />As of January 19th, twenty eight of the 63 counties (44.4%) have returned their questionnaires: <br /> <br /> Alamosa Gunnison <br /> Archuleta Hinsdale <br /> Arapahoe Huerfano <br /> Delta Jefferson <br /> Douglas Lake <br /> Eagle Las Animas <br /> EI Paso Logan <br /> Fremont Mesa <br /> Garfield Montrose <br />.
