I have <br />been engaged as a construction engineer on <br />highway projects for 5 years, leaving as <br />superintendent of construction; 5 years as <br />a hydrologist with the surface water branch <br />of the Geological Survey; over 20 years as <br />superintendent of the Riverside Irrigation <br />District; and 15 years concurrently as consul- <br />tant for many ditch companies, oil companies <br />and individuals over all of northeastern Colo- <br />rado.
