The <br />comparative estimates were made by the Chief <br />Engineer's staff with the designing done under <br />the direction of Oscar Rice. He is here with <br />us today. Oscar. <br /> <br />We also have Mr. Knights who is head of <br />our project investigations in Region 7 and a <br />man that has had many years of association <br />wi th the Narrows Unit. Mr. Knights. <br /> <br />The man who has worked, perhaps, longest <br />on the investigation of the Narrows Unit, a man <br />who is known to you very well locally, and our <br />engineer who has prepared the hydrology and <br />the plans and collected the field data for <br />the Narrows Project, Gus Greer. Gus. <br /> <br />We also have an engineer from our Irriga- <br />tion Operations Division in Region 7, Mr. <br />Wayne Whitcanack.
