Month

Table 2 shows that the summer flow recommendation of3.2 cfs is only available at least 50% of
the time from May through August 15th. Table 2 also shows that the late summer/fall flow
recommendation of 1.5 cfs is only available at least 50% of the time from April through October.
Table 2 also shows that the winter flow recommendation of 1.0 cfs is only available at least 50%
of the time year round.

Precipitation Data
Staff reviewed a local precipitation data set from 1 site located around the Dyke Creek Drainage
(see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). Table 3 shows the water year and the percent of average
precipitation recorded at each site.
