Staff also advises the Board <br />that during the existing Board declaration Denver Water has not lowered the reservoir level below <br />5423 m.s.!. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />The State recommends that the Board reconsider its November 26, 2002 "Severe and Prolonged" <br />Drought Declaration for Chatfield Reservoir and rescind said declaration for the immediate future. <br />We request that the Board further direct staff to send copy of this recession to the U.S. Army of <br />Corps Engineers and Colorado Division I Engineer.
