This action will include, but may not be limited to, <br />legislation and legislative proposals concerning the Construction Fund, recreational <br />and in-channel water use, water banking, water conservation, water planning study <br />proposal and other legislative issues. <br /> <br />All programs, services and activities of the Department of Natural Resources and the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board are operated in compliance with the Federal <br />Americans with Disabilities Act.
