<br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item I.p <br />Case No, 5-05CW30 I; Hunt Ranch, LLC <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for ground water rights and approval of a plan for augmentation for the Hunt <br />Ranch near Basalt. Applicant seeks conditional ground water rights for the Hunt Ranch Well Nos, 3 <br />through 6 for domestic (includes lawn & garden irrigation), commercial, and fire protection uses, <br />Applicant requests 100 gpm for each well with an appropriation date of October 13, 2005, <br />Applicant's sources of augmentation water include Green Mountain Reservoir, Ruedi Reservoir, <br />Troy and Edith Ditches, Favre Domestic Pipeline, and Robinson Ditch. The application does not <br />provide information on monthly water diversions and consumptive use for each use or the amount of <br />replacement water required. <br /> <br />CWCR Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow water rights that may be injured by this application: <br /> <br />CWCR Case Stream/Lake Amount Approp.
