<br />a. City of Englewood -request for an easement for Centennial Park Expansion in the vicinity ofthe <br />Mary Carter Greenway. Project involves a Colorado Rockies Youth Field that will be located <br />west ofthe South Platte River and North of Union Avenue. <br />b. Mountain Miser, Ltd. - the CWCB approved an easement for the applicant at the Board's March <br />2000 meeting for a one year contract. Mountain Miser abided by the contract with no known <br />problems, and is now requesting a time extension. In response, the staff recommends that the <br />contract period be extended to a five-year schedule. <br /> <br />15. Floodplain Protection Program - Presentation by the City of Greeley, Colorado for the Proposed Poudre <br />River Flood Project. The staff will prepare a Board memo for the consideration of an endorsement to <br />support a City request for a congressional add-in to the Corps of Engineer's FY-02 budget request. <br />(8:30-9:00) <br /> <br />16. Floodplain Protection Program - Presentation by Mr. John Henz with HDR Engineering regarding the <br />Spring-Summer 2001 Flood and Drought Outlook for the State ofColorado.(9:00-9:30) <br /> <br />17. Floodplain Protection Program - Presentation by staff on the CWCB Flood Criteria Manual. The staff <br />will prepare a Board memo for an endorsement of the project objectives and tasks. (9:30-9:45) <br /> <br />18. Floodplain Protection Program - Presentation by staff on the Flood Preparedness Activities for the 2001 <br />flood season. (9:45-10:00) <br /> <br />Break (10:00-10:15) <br /> <br />19. Stream and Lake Protection -New Appropriations (10:15-10:30) <br />Board will take public comment on the following proposed appropriations. Water Division 6 (Routt County) -- Y ampa River (Stagecoach Reservoir - Lake <br />Catamount - 2 Segments) <br /> <br />20. Stream and Lake Protection - New Appropriations Year 2002 Work Plan (10:30-11:15) <br />Staff is recommending the Board approve the proposed Year 2002 Work Plan Priority List and withdraw <br />the South Fork Republican River from instream flow consideration at this time. <br /> <br />21. Stream and Lake Protection - Donation (11:15-11 :30) <br />The Board will be asked to consider a water right donation offer in the Upper Animas River Basin to <br />preserve the natural environment. <br /> <br />a.
