Jennings now to report <br />for Region 4.11 <br /> "Thank you, Ben. <br /> <br />Nembers of the Board, ladies and gentle- <br />men, I think you all have, at least the Board <br />members have, a copy of our report in their <br />folders. The report is somewhat lengthy so <br />I will try to brief it for the sake of time. <br /> <br />Work has continued pretty much on <br />schedule on reclamation projects under con- <br />struction in the upper Colorado River Basin, <br />with an expected slowdown in some areas due <br />to the cold weather. <br /> <br />construction still in progress at Glen <br />Canyon Dam is confined mainly to concrete <br />repairs in the left diversion tunnel and con- <br />struction of the visitor center. The tunnel <br />work should be completed by Nay of this year, <br />and the visitor center will be opened around <br />July or August. The Bureau of Reclamation <br />and the National Park Service are coordinat- <br />ing efforts to install exhibits, motion <br />pictures, and to accommodate visitors on a <br />self-guided tour. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />At Blue Nesa Dam, work is completed as <br />far as the dam is concerned and water is <br />
