l:OO o'clock for the bus tour which will last until 5:30. Will we be
doing much walking?

Mr. Sparks: There will be practically no walking. We will go to the
Juniper area to an overlook site west. of here. ,- Then'"we will go north I
int~ Wyoming ~rid look at ~Qme of the potential Savery-Pot Hook facil-
i ties -ani:f'fhen- back here.

Mr. Stapleton: I think all of us that are going on the boat trip ought
to inform our wives that there is some problem with the reservations.
The Shriners are coming in on Saturday and they would like very much
for all of us who are going on the boat trip to check out of the hotel
by the time we get on the bus, by 8:00 o'clock. Then when we come
back the next day they will make rooms available to shower and so forth.
They will put all the bags in one room while we are out on the boat
trip. Sorry, about that. It is just the way things work out. I don't
think it will inconvenience anybody, but if you will make those plans.

Are there any other preliminary interests?

Mr. Sparks: For the boat trip itself, we will draw names out of a
box for those going on the boat trip. It will be sort of a potluck
arrangement as to who your boat partners will be.

Mr. Stapleton: Does that mean that night, or on the boat trip?

(laughter)

Mr. Sparks: You can interpret that any way you like. The first name
drawn out of the hat will be the captain for that boat team. 'There
will be ten on each boat team. The captain will be responsible for
checking members on and off the boat and rescuing any passengers that
fall overboard. Then the second name drawn out for each boat team will
be the first mate and bartender. We have exactly forty people. The
boat captains then will arrange with their teams to see that they get
on the proper boat and have all of their equipment. Make whatever
arrangements you want today in connection with your refreshments and
what have you. That will be the responsibility of each team captain.

I

!-Jr. Fetcher: Mr. Chairman.

Mr. Stapleton: Yes.

Mr. Fetcher: One more point. There seems to be some confusion as to
which river we will be on.

-2-
