<br />e <br /> <br />Agenda Item 4g <br />Case No. 3-94CW032; Smith <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water rights on Sheep Creek near Saguache in Saguache <br />County (see attached map). Applicant is requesting to change the point of diversion of the Sheep <br />Creek Ditch #775 and the Sheep Creek Ditch #776 to 2 new points of diversion located <br />approximately 4,500 feet upstream of the existing points of diversion. Applicant is also <br />requesting to change the place of use to irrigate new lands.
