e e e Agenda Item 4f Case No. 1-94CW291; Lookout Mountain Water District Application Summarv This is an application for a change of water rights and approval of a plan for augmentation including exchanges on Beaver Brook and Clear Creek near Golden in Clear Creek and Jefferson Counties (see attached map). Applicant is proposing to change six shares of Farmers Highline Canal from irrigation to municipal uses. No estimate of the yield for these shares is given. Applicant plans to exchange the water attributable to the Farmers HigWine shares to Beaver Brook reservoir, Upper Beaver Brook Reservoir, Beaver Brook Pipeline, or Golden Pipeline No. I. In addition to direct flow exchange, the applicant proposes a storage exchange for the water stored in Lookout Mountain Reservoir to Beaver Brook and Upper Beaver Brook Reservoirs. Applicant claims a4 cfs rate of storage exchange-and an annual exchange limit of 101.1 acre-feet. Applicant has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of the stipulation between the Board and the District in Case No. 1-87CW303, which protect the Board's instream flow rights on Beaver Brook for all components of this application except the exchange between Lookout Mountain Reservoir and the Beaver Brook Reservoirs.
