The motion <br />was seconded by Ray Werner and approved unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />15b. City of Ft. Morgan <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 1820 - 4150 <br />Action: David Harrison made a motion that the Board find the project technically <br />and fmancially feasible and enter into contract negotiations with the City <br />of Fort Morgan for a Construction Fund loan in the amount of$5.5 million <br />for the City's participation in the Ft. Lupton pipeline segment of the <br />Southern Water Supply Project. Conditions would be that 1) the terms of <br />the loan would be for a lending rate of 4.0 percent for 40 years, 2) as <br />collateral for the loan, the City would pledge: water fund revenues, the <br />city's interest in the water supply pipeline from Carter Lake to the <br />terminus of Fort Lupton line, and enough shares of CBT project water <br /> <br />Minutes March 13-14, 1995 CWCB Meeting <br /> <br />. <br />
