Dist. <br /> <br />Application Sununarv <br /> <br />This is an application for a plan for augmentation and change of water rights on the Eagle River <br />and Squaw Creek in Eagle County near the Town of Eagle in Eagle County (see attached map). <br />Applicant proposes to augment out-of-priority depletions associated with the development of an <br />85-acre golf course (Summit Golf Course). Structures to be augmented include the Eagle River <br />Diversion Point Nos. 1 & 2 and SCR Diversion Point Nos. 2 through 7. These are decreed for 5 <br />cfs each with appropriation dates of 1989 or 1990. Augmentation sources include consumptive <br />use credits associated with the Sarah M Ditch, the Ruby Ditch, the Creamery Ditch and its <br />enlargement, the Dora B Ditch and the Henderson Ditch. Additional augmentation sources <br />include the Eagle Park Reservoir, the Arkansas Well and Green Mountain Reservoir. The change <br />included in this application involves adding augmentation as a use for the Creamery Ditch and its <br />enlargement. This application only pertains to the water for outside uses.
