Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board
(CWCB) will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 commencing at 9:00 a.m. and will
continue through Wednesday November 17,2004. This meeting will be held at the Denver
Marriott, Denver West, 1717 Denver West Parkway, Golden, Colorado.

Although dates and times are indicated in the following agenda, the CWCB may address CWCB Director
and take action on agenda items in any order. Known changes in agenda will be announced at the Dan McAuliffe
beginning of the meeting. This notice, any late notice(s) of additional items and most of the Deputy Director
briefing memos prepared for the CWCB will be posted either at 1313 Shennan Street, Suite 721, in the newspaper
under Legal Notices or on our Internet website at: www.cwcb.state.co.us

CWCB encourages citizens to express their views and provide infonnation to the Board on every
agenda item. This can be done by sending an email tocatherine.l!onzalesralstate.co.us. sending a letter to the
Board Director or its Chairman, or attending the meeting. If you attend a meeting, simply fill out a comment
sheet and give it to the Board Coordinator, Catherine Gonzales. The Board will appreciate hearing your views
when it reaches that agenda item.
