The motion was <br />seconded by Patricia Wells and approved unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />26b. Water Project Construction Loan Program - Non-Reimbursable Studies and <br />Investigations - Satellite Monitoring System Maintenance <br />Tape 5, Start/Stop: 3972 - 4050 <br />Action: A motion was made by Janice Sheftel to accept the staff recommendation to <br />recommend to the General Assembly that $120,000 from the Construction <br />Fund be allocated to the State Engineer's Office for the continuation of the <br />Satellite Monitoring System in FY 99-00. The motion was seconded by <br />Bob Burr and approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />26c. Water Project Construction Loan Program - Non-Reimbursable Studies and <br />Investigations - Imaging System for Construction Fund Project Files <br />Tape 5, Start/Stop: 4050 - 4427 <br />Action: A motion was made by Patricia Wells to accept the staff recommendation to <br />recommend to the General Assembly that up to $270,000 from the <br />Construction Fund be appropriated to DNR to combine CWCB efforts with <br />the State Engineer's Office and Oil and Gas Commission efforts to set up a <br />docUment imaging system. The motion was seconded by Bob Burr. The <br />motion was amended with the suggestion that the wording "in FY 2000" be <br />deleted and that the funds be available until the project is completed. The <br />amended motion was accepted by both the first and second, and approved <br />unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />26d.
