Sparks already knows--or mo):e lik_ely has some. <br />informa,tion about what we are doing under this San Marcos pipel:ine <br />project that they are trying to work on ov~r there. You see, what we <br />are dealing with is t:hat we have to make - a study and plans-, a geo- <br />logical survey, you: know, about our decreed, water. If these permits. I <br />are approved :for their: wells, we have to' find out how much harm it is <br />going to do _on our surface water rights. I beli~ve Mr:. Sparks has a <br />little more .information from our chairman of the district. <br /> <br />MR. SPARKS: This boar:d over the years has done a continuing study, as <br />required by statute, of the-water res~urces of this state. Up to ~hi~ <br />point, we have done lit.tle in Costilla County.
