Colorado.f s <br />proportionate part of the cost of such compilation has been <br />borne threugh services by the Board's staff; Contribution to <br />such eost by the other states has been 11'1 money to pay for <br />m1meograph1ng, binding, and other 1ncidental expenses. The <br />Government has purchased 50 sets. <br />'The record of the negot1ation of the Arkansas River <br />Compact also has been prepared by Colorado and Kansas and is <br />found in one large bound volume." <br />Now, hand me that-this 18 the record of the Upper Colo- <br />rado R1 vel' Compact negotiation.
