a

additions into the minutest Hearing none, the mbutes will
stand approved as read.
n. STONE: Hr. Chai1"lllan, the next item on the agenda
is consideration of the report of the Policy and Review Oom-
ml ttee on the proposed Frylng Pan~rkansas project. In the
envelopes which have been presented to all members of the
Board are coples of that report. I should like to suggest
that that be passed over until the afternoon sesslon because
it 18 a rather involved report and, I assume that the members
of the Board would like to 1I0re carefully study it before we
start to work on it. It that 18 agreeable, I should Uke to
lIake that suggestlon.
MR. ROGERS: Do I understand that we pass it over and
between now and the afternoon, to read thls and have it digested'
MR. STONE: At least to give you the opportunity.
MR. ROGERS: I "as wondering aboat it.
HR. STONE: I might eay that we are prepared in. the
effleeto make a full explanation of that report when 1t oomes
np for cons1deration and to d1souss the various itemsoon-
tliined 1n the report; but I assWle that the Board members would
like. to have an opportunity, at least, to read lt before it
oomes up.
GOVElUfOR JOHNSON: Are. then any other objections to
laying it over until this af~ernoon' Hearing none, it.ill be
laid over unt 11 thi B afternoon.
