There's a report which in- <br />dicates that there are potentialities there of large holdover <br />reservoir storage in that area which, from a state and broad <br />point of view, would be aesirable. First; it would produce a <br />large amount of power as well on the main holdover reservoir <br />plus excess revenues which would aid in building a largenum- <br />
