<br />Proposal to Enlarge Black Lake No, I <br /> <br />March 2005 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESERVOIR OPERATIONAL CHANGES <br /> <br />The now-expired operating plan for Black Lakes was developed in cooperation with the <br />Colorado Division of Wildlife and the Colorado Water Conservation Board, Under this <br />operational regime, the reservoirs fill during April, May, and June and water is released <br />from December through March, as illustrated in Figure 2 showing reservoir inflows, <br />diversions to storage, and reservoir releases for the 2000 through 2002, a relatively dry <br />period, When the streamflow in Gore Creek is 10 cfs or less by December I st, water is <br />released from Black Lakes under the schedule shown in Table 2, <br /> <br />Table 2: Black Lakes Release Schedule. <br /> <br /> , '.
