<br />These streams could include: Water Division 1 - Black Hollow Creek, Bruno Gulch, Como Creek,
<br />Hourglass Creek, May Creek, North Fork Jackson Creek, Pennock Creek, South Fork Poudre River,
<br />Williams Gulch. Water Division 2 - Bog Creek, Cas~ade Creek, Elk Creek, Newlin Creek, North
<br />Apache Creek, Rock Creek, Sayres Gulch, South Apache Creek, and the South Fork Arkansas
<br />River. Water Division 3 - Streams containing Rio Grande Cutthroat Trout not covered by USFS
<br />agreement. Water Division 4 - Antelope Creek, Beaver Creek, Big Blue Creek, Middle Beaver
<br />Creek, Second Creek, West Antelope Creek and Wes~ Beaver Creek. Water Division S - Butler
<br />Creek, Catamount Creek, Carter Creek, Cattle Creek,: Columbine Creek, Cub Creek, Cunningham
<br />Creek, East Big Fork Creek, East Canyon Creek, East Catamount Creek, French Gulch, Hahn Creek,

<br />listed or could be listed in the future by federal agencies.

<br />Priority #4"" La Plata Riyer - [Water Division 7]
<br />This stream segment is being considered as the f'j>urth highest priority because the Bureau of
<br />Reclamation is obtaining land and wetland credits thllt could be used to mitigate the effects caused
<br />by the construction of the Animas - La Plata Project (see attached).

<br />'. These streams and lakes could inclUde; Water Divls~on 1 - Coal, Middle and South Boulder Creeks
<br />and Jewel Mountain Lake. These stream segments ate being considered because the City of Boulder
<br />has proposed donating valuable water rights to the Board for instream flow purposes. Water
<br />Division 5 - East Douglas Creek. This stream segment is being considered because the CWCB has
<br />entered in to a lease agreement with the BLM that could provide water to this segment. Water
<br />Division 6 - Hot Spring Creek. This stream segment is being considered because an interested party
<br />has donated valuable water rights to the Board for irstream flow purposes that could provide water
<br />to this segment. The CWCB currently holds an inst,eam flow decree on Hot Spring Creek from the
<br />Headwaters to the USFS boundary.
