Applicant seeks to change the point of diversion and place of use for 1.925 cfs from the <br />Farrow and Peterson Ditch downstream to the headgate of Buckskin Nailor Ditch to irrigate the 40 <br />acres. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow water rights that may be injured by this application: <br /> <br />CWCB Case Stream/Lake Amount Approp.
