I personally feel that it would be very wise. I agree that we are <br />not going to learn everything by this year"' s experience. However", we <br />will put that together with' many long years'" experience that we have <br />had in" the past. We are making a combination report on' what has happened <br />in the past and what happened this year. I don't see any reason why <br />this board couldn't go on record today as expressing a hope that the <br />Legislatura would appropriate $200~OOO.I will worry about explaining <br />that to the Governor.
