<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Park County is located in the South Platte River Basin and affected by the South Platte River Compact, The county <br />is covered by the Recovery Implementation Program for Endangered Species in the Platte River Basin and the U.S, <br />Forest Service Federal Reserved Water Rights Claims for Water Division I (denied), <br /> <br />Instream Flow Water Rights appropriated exclusively in this county total 438 miles and 65 stream segments, Staff <br />is currently working on 1998 Instream Flow Appropriations in this county. <br /> <br />Note: in reference to Instream Flow Water Rights, information listed above may not be inclusive of all water rights <br />in a given county since a stream segment may start in one county and end in another. The county requested federal mitigation funds <br />following the 1997 flood disaster in northeast Colorado, but was denied, Flood Mitigation Master plan has been <br />drafted for Holyoke..
