The Colorado and Upper Colorado River Compacts, and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison Nation <br />Monument's Reserved Water Right affect it. The Proposed Union Park Reservoir Project is also located near Taylor <br />Park Reservoir. The county is also seeking formal confirmation of the 60,000 AF subordination of the Aspinall <br />rights to upstream in-basis development.
