Action: A motion was made by Ray Wright to table the review and approval
of the minutes until tomorrow a.m. The motion was seconded by
David Harrison and the motion was approved unanimously (8-0).

Action: A motion was made by Tyler Martineau to approve the September,
1993 minutes. The motion was seconded by Tommy Thomson. (Page
six Item 11 change David Meyring voted in favor of Item 11 with the
reservation he was not comfortable with - thought inundation was an
injure. Please note). Janice Sheftel was not at the September
meeting. The motion was approved unanimously (6-0)
