<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />llc, Annual refunding of the emergency infrastructure <br />and small project loan accounts 9:00 - 9:15 a.m. <br />Tape 4, Start/Stop 4050 - 4136 <br />Action: A motion was made by David Meyring to ratify staff recommendation <br />that when we report to legislature on the emergency account we ask <br />that they reauthorize the $60,000 that was authorized for Summit and <br />make our fund $2,000,000 ( the full amount) for the upcoming year. <br />Same recommendation on the small project loan accounts. The <br />motion was seconded by Janice Sheftel and the motion passed <br />unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />Ken Salazar was absent <br /> <br />lld, Exempt Emergency loans from notice requirements of <br />Colorado Administrative Procedure Act 9:20 - 9:22 a.m. <br />Tape 4, Start/Stop 4670 - 4872 <br />Action: A motion was made by Jim Lochhead that the Attorney General's <br />Office work with staff in developing more specific language for our <br />consideration. The motion was seconded by Tommy Thomson and the <br />motion was passed (9-0). <br /> <br />Ken Salazar was absent <br /> <br />lle, Establish revolving account for recycling <br />publication and copy costs 9:23 - 9:26 a.m. <br />Tape 4, Start/Stop 4790 - 4993 <br />Action: A motion was made by David Harrison to establish a small account <br />similar to the one Hal, State Engineer has, Parks has one, Wildlife has <br />one where as you collect money from the public in compensation for <br />copying and not let it go back into the General Fund as it the current <br />situation. Instead it would be collected in a small account where we <br />could recycle it. $10,000 cap on account. The motion was seconded <br />by David Meyring and the motion passed unanimously (5-0) <br /> <br />Tommy Thomson, David Smith, Jim Lochhead, Ken Salazar were absent <br /> <br />llf. Construction Fund support of <br />small rural domestic water supplies 8:36 - 8:40 a.m. <br />Tape 4, Start/Stop: 2765 - 2900 <br />Action: Tabled until January, 1994. Chuck was directed to get more <br />information along lines discussed. [Chuck will put together <br />parameters.
