Included will be an overall assessment of the state of drought preparedness, <br />within each major Water Division. The effectiveness of pa$t drought planning will be a$si:$$ed, <br />and the re$erve capacities available will be summarized. <br /> <br />The Bouvette Consulting Team will prepare a draft of the report for review and comment by <br />CWCB and the Advisory Committee. We will also put together a presentation su:m.marizing the <br />report and our recommendations regarding the appropriate path forward for CWCB based on <br />the responses received, the general state of drought preparedness, and, the various statutory <br /> <br />Section 4, Page 23 <br />
