Applicant seeks absolute (1 cfs) and conditional (1 cfs) water lights for the Tanguay Ditch with an appropliation date of August 16,2005, for recreation, piscatorial and fire protection uses (absolute) and irrigation and hydroelectric uses (conditional). Applicant also seeks absolute (0,92 at) and conditional (0.92 at) ground water rights for the Tanguay Well Pond No, I for the same uses but under a December 31, 1998 priority, Applicant also seeks absolute (0,65 at) and conditional (0,65 at) ground water rights for Tanguay Well Pond No, 2 for the same uses under a December 31,1998 priority. Applicant's sources of augmentation and exchange to replace out-of-priority diversions/depletions include releases from Ruedi and Green Mountain Reservoirs.
