<br />Agenda Item 6u <br />Case No, 5-98CW297; Bailey <br /> <br />Apolication Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water rights and exchange on Miners Creek, the Blue River <br />and Indiana Creek near the Town of Breckenridge in Summit County (see attached map). <br />Applicant owns 6.0 cfs of the Carwood Ditch and proposes to add alternate points of diversion, <br />storage, places of use, and types of use for the development of the Spruce Valley Ranch <br />Subdivision. The proposed alternate points of diversion are the Target Pump and Wells (to be. <br />constructed). An alternate point of storage is proposed within the boundaries of the development. <br />In addition, Applicant request that the use of the Carwood Ditch water rights be changed to <br />include domestic, municipal, storage,augmentatioIl, industrial, commercial, recreation and fish and <br />wildlife uses.
