<br />2. <br /> <br />Public Comment Period <br />The following persons addressed the Board during the Public Comment Period: <br />Ward Fischer, attorney for the Water Supply and Storage Company <br />Bennet Raley, Special Council for the City of Greeley. <br /> <br />3. Executive Session <br />Ray Werner made a motion that the Board go into Executive Session. The motion was <br />seconded by Alan Hamel and approved unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />4. Report from Executive Session <br />Wendy Weiss gave a summary of items discussed. <br />Two motions were then made: <br /> <br />Alan Hamel made a motion that the Board petition to intervene in the Trout Unlimited <br />vs. U.S. Forest Service lawsuit (1:95CV01075 DCDistCt). The motion was seconded by <br />Patti Wells and approved unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />Alan Hamel made a motion that Colorado petition for a change of venue, bringing the <br />case to Colorado. The motion was seconded by David Smith and approved unanimously <br />(8-0). <br /> <br />Ray Werner made a motion that the Board adjourn.
