Notice of Special Meeting via Telephone

August 14, 1995

Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation
Board will be held via telephone conference in the Director's Office, Room 721 of
the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203 on Friday,
August 18, 1995 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

The meeting will deal with issues relating to the Board's potential intervention in the Trout
Unlimited VF. U.S. Forest Service lawsuit (1:95CVOI075 DCDistCt), specifically whether
the Board should petition to intervene and ask for a change of venue. During this
telephone conference call, a period of time will be provided for public comment before the
Board goes into Executive Session. Persons interested in making public comment should
be in the Board's Offices by 9:30 a.m. on August 18 so that public comment time
allocations can be planned.
