We, P.E. <br />Director, CWCB <br /> <br />Notice of Special Meeting via Telephone <br /> <br />August 14, 1995 <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board will be held via telephone conference in the Director's Office, Room 721 of <br />the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203 on Friday, <br />August 18, 1995 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. <br /> <br />The meeting will deal with issues relating to the Board's potential intervention in the Trout <br />Unlimited VF. U.S. Forest Service lawsuit (1:95CVOI075 DCDistCt), specifically whether <br />the Board should petition to intervene and ask for a change of venue. During this <br />telephone conference call, a period of time will be provided for public comment before the <br />Board goes into Executive Session. Persons interested in making public comment should <br />be in the Board's Offices by 9:30 a.m. on August 18 so that public comment time <br />allocations can be planned. <br /> <br />AI! programs, services and activities of the Department of Natural Resources and the . <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board are operated in compliance with the federal <br />Americans with Disabilities Act.
