I'fir. Bailey: "Mr. Roberts is unable to be here and Mr.
Petry is taking his place on the Board. Mr. Meek is
absent and Senator Shults will sit in his place at the
meeting today."

1. Minutes of 30 April Meeting.

Mr. Crawford: "1 have a note from Glen Saunders asking for
corrections with respect to the minutes of the meeting of the
Board held on April 30, 1954." (Mr. Crawford read the cor-
rections. )

Mr. Moses: "I MOVE that the corrections in minutes suggested
by Mr. Saunders be approved."

Mr. Shults: "I second that motion." Motion carried..

2. Consideration of Attorney for the Board.

At this point Mr. ~ses requested permission to leave
meeting.
