<br />6. The original Augmentation Plan approved in 82 CW 177 called for points of diversion
<br />consisting of 11 wells, alllocared Vv'ithin the Foothills Estates No.2 subdivision, which lies in
<br />Tract 43, Section 3, T. 39 N., R. 3. E, NMPM, and Tract 40 of the South Fork Small Tracts in the
<br />NE'/.SE'/'" Section 33, and the SE'l.SEV., Section 33. 1. 40 N., R. 3 E., NMPM, Town of South
<br />Fork, Rio Grande County, Colorado. Pursuant to certain changes decreed in Case No. 89 CW 44
<br />and in 99 CW 15, the number of wells has been reduced to 9. The permit numbers, location,
<br />depth, amoWlt, source and appropriation dates of the points of diversion are as follows:

<br />(has now been changed to 50 gpm, and location slightly changed p~suant
<br />to issuance of a new permit, information for which is unavailable at the
