<br />Action: A motion was made by David Smith to accept the staff recommendation to
<br />assign the right to use water released from Fish Creek Reservoir to
<br />supplement the Board's ISF right on Fish Creek and to authorize the Director
<br />to sign the agreement on the Board's behalf, and to have the Attorney General
<br />file an application jointly with the City, in the Division 6 Water Court to
<br />amend the decree for the Storage Right to include ISF uses when said water
<br />right is decreed absolute, The motion was seconded by Alan Hamel and
<br />approved unanimously (9-0),
