as a matter of fact, I was just on the side-
lines, but I have read them and I have observed
that there is a Section 19 which calls for the
appointment of a committee to make studies with
respect to the operation of the project; and to
avoid the necessity of making any choice now
before we know the facts, the Colorado River
Water Conservation District proposes that thut
commission, authorized by Section 19 of said
operating principles be activated and that this
matter of integration be referred to that com-
mission in order that we will have advance
information on all those reasons before any
definite decision has been reached.

I think 1 am authorized, I think I can get
the Colorado River Water Conservation District
Board to go along with that proposal. We make
it as a suggestion. vfuat happens when it's
turned down, 1 don't know. vle now make that
proposal and we respectfully request this Board
to support us in that position.
